I'm a passionate frontend developer & visual designer driven to create beautiful and effective digital experiences.

I build websites and web applications.

I have extensive experience building websites and applications for a range of purposes (blog, travel, ecomm, art/music, user interfaces, personal websites) from scratch using a variety of modern technologies. I build headless and traditional CMSs, have extensive experience with Wordpress, build and consume APIs, and use Vue, Astro, and Bootstrap as core frontend technologies.

UI/UX and Visual Design.

I love designing user interfaces, applications and graphics for digital and print media. I love animation and am continuously experimenting with various libraries and techniques from timelines to SVG and more. This skillset pairs seamlessly with development, allowing me to design and build digital experiences.

Hosting, domains, DevOps, cloud.

I am familiar with a variety of hosting solutions from traditional php/Apache shared hosting providers to modern cloud serverless platforms (Netlify, Vercel, etc). I have experience with domains and domain providers, DNS, email integration, automation, google analytics, email marketing, and other integrations.

Projects

I've worked in a variety of spaces building projects using a range of technologies. I've worked in startups and established firms from blockchain to education, healthcare, and financial services. My current stack of choice is Vue 3, Bootstrap 5, GSAP animation, and Netlify cloud deployment.

Writing

I have an extensive background in writing and content creation for websites and blogs, in both short and long form. I currently maintian a technical blog covering a variety of topics from coding, design, javascript, and IT, as well as a Parenting blog detailing my experience with two kids.
